About us at Chiron UK
Chiron are a new arrival but we come from years of experience in international health and care recruitment.
When we started, we decided we wanted to do 2 things:
- Offer health and care providers a responsive, strategic, informed, end-to-end recruitment service, tailored around international candidates – providing overseas candidates who are already in the UK and nurses looking for jobs here for the first time.
- Offer candidates a genuinely personal, responsive service, aligning their ambitions with really good jobs.
Recruiting international candidates is different in so many ways and it’s not just about visas, although we help with that too. It’s about understanding different people with different backgrounds, different motivations and expertise gained in many different settings and helping them translate that into great opportunities.
